How to Join the VAGB

The VAGB is an association run by Vega Owners for the benefit of Vega Owners. It is a member of VODA (Vega One Design Association) and has contact with Vega owners all over the world. We have a wealth of technical knowledge that is freely shared between Vega Owners worldwide. If you have a problem with your Vega then it has probably been overcome before. We hold various functions during the year, both on and off the water. Cheap tickets for the London and Southampton Boat Shows, Spares at reasonable prices and the bi-annual IFR (International Friendly Regatta) that is held in a different country every two years. The last one was held at Hoorn, The Netherlands in July 2000. The next IFR will be held during the summer of 2002 in Arhus, in Denmark.

When you join you will receive a Technical Booklet about the Vega and the last Newsletter published. There is a quarterly Newsletter which has technical, narrative and informative articles about the Vega. The price of joining will be recouped on your first spares purchase. If you own a Vega then you can't afford not to be a member....

Cost of Membership is £12 per annum (UK) and £18 per annum (overseas)Overseas members can pay £12 per annum if they receive the Newsletter by email (PDF files). There is a one-off joining fee of £10 which covers postage and printing of the Technical Notes Booklet etc.
