Vega "JAWA" in The Baltic

This is a photo of the beautiful Vega "JAWA" close-hauled in the Baltic. The photo was supplied by Walther Nerving (President VODA) and is owned by Gunnar Reiher. The skipper assures me that he did not lose his rubber dinghy. A bit close to the rocks for us Solent sailors! This picture really shows the fine sea-keeping qualities of the Vega. Perhaps a wee too much sail up, mabye a reef would have been in oder! This shows the typical scenery found around the islands of Sweden.
